What's your work hour?
Normally it should be Monday to Saturday: (UTC+8) 10am to 7pm.
However, it doesn't mean we won't reply to you during rest time. We will reply to you as soon as we see your message.
How to order and what payment methods do you offer?
It depends on the payment method you are going to use to purchase the product. You can add the shoes to your cart and follow the steps to checkout directly.
We support 4 payment methods:
iDEAL: Veilig betalen via iDEAL
Credit Card: We support Visa, Master Card, JCB, AE, and more. Rest assured, we won't record any card info. Your payment will be reviewed by the bank first. If it fails, you will receive an immediate refund. You can also call your bank to complete the payment.
Western Union: Please contact us to provide the WU info.
Wire: Please contact us to provide the wire info.
How can I get a discount price if I want to order in bulk?
Please contact our customer support team to check the discount price by providing us with the details of the goods list. We will adjust the price for you. More items will receive a higher discount.
What happens if the shoes I ordered are sold out?
We will inform you about it and let you choose to wait, replace, or get a refund for your order.
Will I get scammed if I send money to you?
No, we never scam people. We value long-term business relationships and trust with every customer. We are a team that loves sneaker culture, and we would never do anything to harm the people who trust us. That's a principle we never break.
Can I change or cancel my order before shipping out?
Yes, but it's conditional. For customers who use PayPal and decide to cancel the order before shipping out, we need to deduct the PayPal transaction fee from your order amount when we issue the refund. PayPal charges us the transaction fee, and even if we refund you, PayPal won't refund us the transaction fee.
Do you provide QC pictures or videos?
Yes, this is a necessary step that we take for our customers. We will take a video for every customer before the product is shipped out. However, we strongly suggest that customers follow us on Instagram so that we can share a clear video with you.
Why don't you reply to my message for more than 4 hours?
We are located in China, and our time zone may be different from yours. If we don't reply to you, it means we are already off work. However, please rest assured that we will reply to you as soon as we see your message.
When will you ship my order out?
We will ship your items within the next 1-3 days after you place the order. This is because the factory needs time to prepare your order, and we want to ensure that you receive a perfect sneaker from us. We appreciate your patience. Before shipping out, we will take a QC video for you.
Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, stock availability, shoe quality issues, or customs routine checks, in which case we need time to exchange for new pairs.
Do I need to pay duty tax?
Normally, no. We will send the package as a gift and declare a low price. However, there is a small chance
